Metal Wall Panels Provide Benefits Others Can’t |
There’s nothing off-the-wall about it. Architects are specifying metal wall panels more and more because of the unique aesthetics, energy savings and affordability.

INSULATED AGAINST MEDIOCRITY |
Warm up to this thought: Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) not only lower a building’s heating and cooling costs, but the initial construction costs as well. The manufacturing process involves injecting a liquid foam between two metal face sheets. The core fuses to the metal skins, expands to completely fill the interior cavity, then solidifies. At the end of this process, there are no voids to drain the thermal value, which can be R-14 to R-30. Plus IMPs are quick and easy to install, often only requiring forklifts or simple pulley systems, lowering construction costs.

NOT JUST A PRETTY FACE |
Metal Composite Material (MCM) wall panels are an aesthetic WOW. But the low costs will catch your eye too. Architects wanting to make a design statement should look to MCM panels for the exterior cladding of their buildings. The metal composite can be bent, curved and joined together into virtually any shape, for a trendy, high-tech look. MCM panels are formed by bonding two metal skins to an advanced engineered plastic core, creating a techie "sandwich". Thanks to advancements in the manufacturing process, the savings are as dramatic as the visuals.

SKIN IN THE GAME |
Single skin wall panels are a sure investment. For decades, these preformed panels have successfully served architects and building owners, combining economy, service and design. Plus recent manufacturing advancements provide a wider selection of profiles, and new developments in coating technology provide even longer life spans. With nearly limitless design options, single skin metal wall panels are making a big impact on commercial building design, without a big impact on budgets.
